How to apply

- While we strongly encourage all participants to place their applications online, we also accept applications via phone (064-750-2543) and fax (064-750-2520).

- Application fees can be paid through credit cards or wire transfers. The name of the account holder is ��Hallailbo.��

- Please use the participant��s name for the remitting party.

- Application will be automatically cancelled if the application fee is not paid by the end of application period.

- Two or more individuals can apply as a team. In such a case, the application fee can be paid all at once via credit card or wire transfer.
